One of the young, male bankers on Anderson road would not help my elderly mother. Her card would not work in the ATM and he did nothing to help her except say that he would contact the fraud department. He would not even try to swipe her card inside the bank. This made her very upset I was afraid that she might break down and cry. He seemed to have no compassion . This man didn't seem to not care at all. Finally she went back to the ATM and it took her card. So probably if he would have ran her card inside it would have worked. This young man caused my mom much undo stress.
