I should have picked up on the lack of service when I dropped off my dress, but did so anyway. I live an hour away in the mountains so I don't come in to town often. The attendant printed a receipt with a pickup time the following day. The next day after waiting for 15 minutes listening to the attnedant give excuses to a police officers wife as to why the POS wasn't working, I was told the dress wasn't done. I was also told the ticket time doesn't matter.. but she apologized that she didn't actually tell me a different day to come. The next week they were closed the entire week. I didn't make it in to town the week after, but the next Monday the shop was again closed for the entire week. I had to leave out of state again, so had a friend pickup the dress. Will never return. Take your business elsewhere.
