I worked here from June-September of 2017 and at the beginning we had a GM (named Barbara Conrad) . EVEN she left because of all of the negativity in this work place. I am writing this as an employee NOT as a customer. In my opinion they provide decent community service, but the management here is not what it should be. I was treated disrespectfully by a homosexual driver who worked there whose name is Ryan. He yelled at me because there was confusion about an order and I told him not to argue with a 17 year old because he's nearly 40 and after the altercation I told him to shut up and take his delivery and he threatened to "take care of me". I was also disrespected by the worst manager in the establishment whose name is Katrena. She has the worst attitude and should not be working for anyone. She is a chain smoker and is either smoking or on her phone most of the shift. I'm not saying do not eat here, but I'm simply saying think about what goes on behind the scene and rememeber that no one is perfect but some of the workers will try to provide good service if you let them.
I like this particular Pizza hut. I like being able to order the single pizzas myself. Love this and hope it will always have this, for this is why I order from them. I wish sometimes a little more cheese was on them. WHEN ordering different single pizzas they put on a good amount. Our family love to be able to pick out their own meat, veggies, etc. Would like more coupons online or to our emails for we are ordering more pizzas now for the grandkids.
They are always so nice when I come in and do a great job!
This place used to be good. There was a driver who was nice and always on time. He drove a car with steelers on it and we haven't seen him in a while. Was wondering what happened. Never liked any other driver like I liked him.
Just randomly said they no longer deliver here after 2 years. Even if it was a corporate change, its enough for me to give a 1 star. Ill never order again, even if they re-open the area. No frequent customer loyalty.
