I love Bojangles food, but today this location thoroughly upset me. After waiting for 10 minutes for my 8 sausage biscuits I asked for a refund, I was reminded that they told me it would be a wait, I understand that, but it was the rudeness with which it was said that encouraged me to ask for a refund again, this time I was told they were busy with other customers, that when I walked out because I was about to say or do something I would regret. They still have my biscuits and my money. These people should get another job if they can't be polite when dealing with the public.
I work near by and use to stop by all the time. After 3 days in a row of rude and poor service I quit going. That was a year and a half ago. I went back a few days ago and I had great service and got exactly what I ordered. Today I had two vehicles in front of me and waited 20 minutes for food I did not order or pay for. I ordered a 2 piece breast and wing with rice and greenbeans. I got a leg and thigh (which is cheaper) along with French fries and beans. They look understaffed and obviously an very poorly ran establishment. No more second chances for this Bojangles!!
Save yourself a long wait for food you did not order!!

Worst ever! Chicken tasted like it had been cooked earlier in the day. If you are looking for fresh cooked food this is not the place. I could not eat it.

Was great when it first opened. Gone downhill ever since. Food generally good but service lacking. Employees slow as molasses when there are enough at work in the first place.
