If you are looking for a quiet clean country setting, that is close to all your needs, Ivy Acres is the place you want to be at. Being a 45 and up RV park makes it very peaceful. Plenty of trails to walk around on, along a river, woods. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I stayed at Ivy Acres for just over two years. The rent is very reasonable and also covers the water and sewer. There are power and cable hookups at each site. My particular location was surrounded by wilderness. Very peaceful place to stay for sure!
There is one area for long-term folks and one for daily and weekly stays. Plus, they have a lodge they rent.
We’ve been here for two years. Owners are great to work with. The grounds are meticulously kept by one extremely hard working lady. We have only good comments for the people and the park.

This place is awesome.. lot was very easy to pull my 36R with Tow Dolly and car behind..Easy hook ups.. and weekly fee included water, sewer, electric, and garbage. It is also pet friendly... wild life is all over.. It very much country.. very close to shopping and I-85.. owner and staff are awesome..
