THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL KILLED MY CAT. I had to take her because she had lost her appetite and would not eat THATS IT. NOTHING ELSE WAS WRONG. They injected her with stuff without asking my permission first and right after I left MY CAT GOT SICK. I ended up having to bring her in a day later because she could no longer control her bladder and could not walk. They did her blood work and again injected her with something without asking me first. After having blood work done they told me that they FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH HER!!! THE NEXT DAY SHE COMPLETELY LOST THE ABILITY TO WALK AND HAD MULTIPLE SEIZURES BEFORE DYING. I LOST MY BEST FRIEND BECAUSE THIS PLACE WANTED MONEY. THEY KEPT DOING THINGS WITHOUT ASKING SO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM MORE. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE A PAINFUL DEATH!!!
I love Dr. Sanders! He is the best! As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best vets I have had. If you're looking for a vet this would be the place to go.
Dr. Sanders is one of the best vets I've ever met. He is highly knowledgeable and cares about the pet and owners. He listens to you as the pet owner. Then he engages with the dog on the dogs terms. He wants the experience to be positive for your pet. He offers you multiple solutions with any issue you may have with your pet. He's willing to work with you to do the best for you and your pet not just what he thinks. I've had him as a vet since he took over this practice. That was around 5 years ago. I've never had an unpleasant experience with him.
If I could give negative stars I would, this place is not professional or respectful. I recently took my puppy to this establishment for a check up on a severe trauma to the head. While waiting in the room to see the vet, I could hear the young immature vet tech making fun of my dogs name. Purposefully pronouncing her name wrong, as well as laughing about her name. Then I herd the girl say "I don't even know about any of this". They checked my dog out and came up with an estimated cost of 175-304 in the long run they charged me 299, 25 of which was for a cone collar that was previously used. I am very dissatisfied with this location and would highly recommend you find another vet, one who employees people who understand that a pet is a part of the family and should be treated as such. Also I was informed that they could get my puppies records from the vet who gave her all the puppy shots, off of her rabies tag, when I called to set up her appointment, upon arriving I was told that it was unlikely they would be able to get that. So they were wanting me to pay to "update her on all shots" when she is already up to date, they did end up dropping this and taking my word for it that she is up to date.
Personell is amazing and professional! Everyone is so sweet and humble but good at what they do. They care about their patients and clients so much.
