While on a road trip our the serpentine belt on the car popped. It was 1 a.m. and it seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere. We were able to get to a gas station and catch up Uber to the closest hotel which happened to be Comfort Suites. Needless to say we had a really rough night. The front desk clerk was nice and was able to get us set up in the system quickly. When we got to the room it was clean and the comforter was the thickest and softest I had ever slept in. We had a great night's rest and was ready to attack this broken car in the morning. I had never stayed in a Comfort Inn before. I would definitely stay at a Comfort Inn again.
Great hotel, great staff
Brand new construction... can still smell the fresh lumbar. Everything looks so well kept, I'm not sure anyone has ever even slept in my room before me! The front desk was super courteous and friendly. The room is huge for a standard king, and the common area in the lobby is appointed nicely. Free Wi-Fi printing available for you business travelers. Indoor pool. Very convenient location to interstate. An easy 8 minute drive into downtown.
Great hotel in a convenient area. The hotel is new. The beds are comfortable. The sliding glass shower doors are beautiful even if they do leak a little water on the floor. Water pressure is good. Staff is super nice. Breakfast has tons of options. There is also a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Brand new hotel as of 2017. Staff to be a tiny bit friendlier but it was so nice inside that I didn't care. Good coffee in the lobby.
