This place is a dump. We stayed there after a college football game. Run do not walk away from this place. We had booked a non-smoking room and clearly it was smoking. There were ash tray and the comforter had burns in it. Yet management assured us it was non-smoking. The next morning we all smelled like some, our clothes and luggage smelled like smoke. There was also no battery in the smoke detector. The towels are cheap and few. It is cheap so you get what you pay for.
This place is super aweful. From staff to rooms. I was at the reservation desk and heard the manager telling to another customer "You have wasted lot of my time. Get out of here". There was only one bread left in the morning breakfast and no coffee. When asked to refill it, I was asked to go out and buy it myself. I was told, it is what it is. The refrigerator was broken. Room and bedsheet had semen stains. Its more of an hourly brothel. Staff is extremely disrespectful. The only thing they do is swipe the credit cards. Except for this, they do not move at all. I would rather pay 20 bucks more and stay at better place. I regret staying here.
Awful, dirty and disgusting. Front desk personal lacks customer service skills. Room had broken furniture and accessories. Air conditioning system did not work very well. Carpet very very dirty. The only positive was lots of television channels. The motel is very much in need of a deep cleaning and renovation. Have stayed at many Super 8s and this one was by far the worst.
1st day no housekeeping and breakfast bar was not acceptable. Had no bathroom laundry and actually had to ask for that at the front desk just so me and my child could get a shower. Television only had one working channel and that was fox news channel. Not worth the price that was charged.
Stayed here a night. The staff are friendly, but whoever cleans the sheets is just not doing a good job, because the sheets were stained. Also, what gave away that the cleaner wasn't doing their job was the fact that there was multiple pubic hairs on the sheets. And the idea that another comment mentioned that there were bugs, left me sleeping the night in thick clothes and a hoodie. So not to reassuring. The walls can be unpainted for all I care, but for crying out loud, clean the bed!!! A place to sleep is not a place to sleep unless it's clean. Besides $70+ a night you think you could at least do the chores. But enough said. The bathroom was the only thing nice about the place. I had considered sleeping in it instead. I will just say though, if they ensured clean beds for every guest I'm sure this place would get 3 stars at least. And if they painted the rooms better it would stay above 3 stars.
